Fall continues and so do our adventures.  Over the last little while, we have enjoyed the autumn season with various activities captured in the photos (of not the best quality) below.  We went to Mount Vernon to play in their “Autumn Days” festivities and we trunk or treated at our church’s Halloween party.  The red, orange and golden leaves are dancing outside our house and make for a gorgeous view for our family.  And yesterday we went “mountain” climbing at Great Falls.  It is a beautiful time to be outside.  Happy Fall everyone!

Mount Vernon

Colonial hoop and stick game

Roasting apples to dip them in honey. Not quite s'mores but not bad for Colonial times.

Hay bale maze
